HPC-AI.COM is thrilled to announce an exclusive Author Incentive Program for participants of AAAI 2026 and NeurIPS 2025. This program is designed to reward authors for their outstanding contributions to these prestigious conferences, offering them the opportunity to access HPC AI Cloud GPU services with attractive discounts.

Activity Duration: November 15, 2025 – January 31, 2026

This period will cover the times when both conferences take place, ensuring that authors can enjoy the benefits whether they are attending in person or participating online.

Registration Process & Verification Method

Online Registration:

  • Users need to first register for an account on HPC-AI.COM

  • After registration, users are required to email customer service (service@hpc-ai.com), providing the registration email address and an official acceptance email screenshot or other verifiable submission details.

    • The screenshot should include the paper title, author names, and acceptance status. Any sensitive information can be hidden.

  • Our team will manually verify the submission details, and once verified, users will receive an electronic computing power credit voucher via email.

On-site Registration (for AAAI 2026 only):

  • Users attending the conference can register for an account at the event.

  • Upon registration, users must show the registration confirmation page and an official acceptance email screenshot, or other verifiable submission details.

    • The screenshot should include the paper title, author names, and acceptance status. Sensitive information can be hidden.

  • After successful verification at the event, users will receive a physical computing power credit voucher.

Reward Details

Initial Recharge Reward:

  • All verified authors are eligible for a recharge reward:

    • AAAI & NeurIPS 2025/2026 Accepted Authors: Recharge 60 USD and receive a 20 USD computing power credit voucher.

Reward Stacking Rules:

  • Authors with multiple accepted papers will enjoy stacked rewards.

    • For example: If a user has two accepted papers, they will receive a 40 USD computing power credit voucher after recharging 120 USD, and so on.

On-site Special Benefit (AAAI 2026 Only):

  • If users recharge on-site at the event, the reward is adjusted as follows:

    • Recharge 40 USD, receive a 20 USD computing power credit voucher.

    • The reward can still be stacked for multiple accepted papers.

Friend Invitation Mechanism

Invite Your Friends:

  • Verified authors (accepted paper authors) can invite up to 5 friends to participate in the program.

  • Invited friends who complete their verification will receive a recharge reward: Recharge 20 USD, receive a 5 USD computing power credit voucher.

Inviter's Reward:

  • For each friend successfully invited, the inviter will also receive a recharge reward: Recharge 20 USD, receive a 5 USD compute credit voucher.

Invitation Verification Process:

  • After inviting friends, the inviter needs to email customer service (service@hpc-ai.com) to claim their reward.

    • The email required to include the email addresses of the invited friends.

  • Our customer service team will verify the registration status of the invited friends and confirm the invitation relationship. Once verification is completed, both the inviter and the invited friend will receive their rewards.
